Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Master of Public Administration will learn how to effectively manage resources to maximize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct a cost benefit analysis to determine the best allocation of public resources.
• Analyze a budget and balance the sources and uses of funds.
• Make sound decisions involving personnel based on labor law, the needs of the organization, and available resources.
• Recommend strategies for negotiating various agreements.

Policy and Politics -
Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Master of Public Administration will navigate issues related to policy and politics to best serve the public good.
